Just saw The Bad Seed. A disturbing psychological thriller from 1956. It dealt with some very controversial subject matters for that time period. It was so controversial and mentally jarring that the filmmakers had to add a comical, light-hearted scene after the ending credits to make the movie marketable for the audience of that era.
