Summary: What would you do when you were given the second chance to live? Kamenashi Kazuya was once on the verge of death and gained his life again but he lost his memory. There Akanishi Jin came and changed his life...

The main hall of Tokyo University Tokyo Hospital was crowded of people come and go, either for paying a visit or seeing a doctor. Between those people there were two guys, walking side by side, followed by a woman with a thick glasses and a guy in black. Through the hall, they walked straight when a girl bumped into one of them. A gasp was heard though they managed to escape into the big lift before a commotion was created.

Akanishi Jin leaned against the cold metal as a sigh slowly escaped his lips. He turned his head slowly to face the woman who was scribbling a note, attempting to mutter something though decided against it at the end. Better kept his mouth shut or he would get a long speech full or sarcasm. Luck was not on his side, though, as the woman suddenly turned her head, facing him directly. A small smile - almost a smirk was curled up on her lips though disappeared after a few seconds.

"Akanishi - san." the female one spoke up in an intimidating tone. Here it comes -- he thought, both eyes full of hesitation slowly stared at the shorter woman, though what he expected to get did not leave the woman's mouth at the end. "Please, be relaxed. Apparently the list of job assigned to you isn't as long as it usually is, so there should be plenty of time to have a nice conversation with the doctor."

A sigh of relief was released as the tall singer let out a silent laugh over his unreasonable worry. This woman, or his manager to be precise, was famous for her sharp tongue, even worse than that of Ryo, while at the same time a very reliable manager. The three members of the group was the first to receive those sarcastic comments without even being able to protest, included Ryo, though they couldn't bring themselves to hate the younger, yes she was younger than the three of them, woman despite her lack of pity.

His mind was too occupied by the though until he failed to notice that the lift was opened slowly to their destination floor. He stood still, leaning against the wall, until a soft voice called him. "Jin..." Kame muttered, glancing over the older man with eyes full of worry. "Are you...alright?"

A realization suddenly struck it as he met the younger man's gaze. It was embarrassing; he thought. Without wasting any more time he stepped out of the lift and proceeded to where the doctor's room was located. Kame was not that convinced, though, as he stole a few glances at the older man, wondering if anything had bothered him. Maybe he was the reason why Jin turned into this, maybe he was a burden. But he couldn't find a way to confirm his assumption so he remained silent, hoping that his worry would be proved wrong.

Once arrived at the right place, the two of them, three if the guy in black was counted, stood up, waiting for the young manager settling the administration. It did not take long since they were being called inside the consultation room so they proceeded inside immediately, being greeted by the warm smile the doctor had.

"Kamenashi - san, Akanishi - san, please to meet you." he greeted as the two guys started occupying the seats in front of the table, one for each for them. The doctor reached a map, which seal had been broken, and took the files inside it.

Jin looked rather impatient while waiting for the doctor to look through the reports, partly because he was worried about the younger man having collapsed for a few times. Though he had never admitted it, Jin was so worried about the latter, not only because he was the one hitting him, but because he did care about Kame. Jin might have not realized it, but he would sometimes stare at the younger man with no reason. Well, it might be a good thing, or might not be.

"The report shows that..." Jin let out a heavy sigh when the male doctor started speaking. "...Kamenashi - san is alright. Well, at least the general reports indicated nothing. But what bothers me is..." he took another stack of papers, "This one. Though this is not the final result, there’s a possibility that a small strange mass is inside the head, though I couldn't diagnose whether it really is a treat or not unless we do MRI."

"I-Is that a big problem, sensei?" Jin was stuttered. He knew that there was something wrong from the moment Kame collapsed for the first time, but hearing it straight from the doctor's mouth gave him a shock.

The doctor gave a reassuring smile while staring at both men. "I don't think that it is a problem, but just in case, I suggest Kamenashi - san to take MRI. Better be cautious, am I right?"

"Am I going to be alright, sensei?" Kame decided to speak up this time. He did not want to bring any more burdens to the older man, so he couldn't afford having a new kind of sickness, even the light one. "And, what about my...memory?"

"The MRI is the only way to determine it, Kamenashi - san. I don't want to make any false diagnose so I shall say nothing other than suggesting you to undergo another set of tests. I hope that this would be the last, though."

Kame was left frowned, unable to say anything anymore at this point. He wanted to stop burdening the older man, knowing that he would be the once paying all of the fees which was not cheap either, but on the other hand he knew that his life was on stake. Sighing, he took a short glance at the older man, wondering what the hell he might be thinking about this.

"Let's do it, if Kazuya agrees." Jin's reply turned out not to be a shock for Kame. He had quite expected it, though an uncomfortable feeling overwhelmed him. A small nod was the only answer Kame gave to the older man and that was the end of their consultation time, though a question remained on Kame's heart.

Why am I such a burden?

Two cups of tea were placed above the small round table as two guys were seated around it, facing each other. One of them calmly sipped his tea, while the other left his cup untouched, looking rather stuttered. The air was calming, yet intimidating at the same time. The smaller man slowly took his cup for the first time, taking a small sip of it and returned it back to the table.

"So, what did you want from me, Subaru?" the owner of the room spoke up, looking at the smaller man with a calming smile, though it didn't really look like one for the latter.

"N-Nothing..." he sipped his tea for the second time slowly.

"Oh, you sure have something, Subaru, or else you wouldn't come to pay me a visit."

Subara raised his head slowly, facing the other man in uncertainty. What greeted him was the same smiley face he didn't really fond of. "Yes! I do have something!" he suddenly said, raising his voice a bit as his eyes grew wider, "I-I, I need you help..." he attempted to mutter the other's name, though it seemed so hard for him to do so, "Tackey..."

Tackey smiled widely while pouring hot tea to his empty cup. "Help! Of course. What may I help you with, Subaru?"

Subaru pursed his lips before biting its lower part. "I..." he exhaled a deep breath, staring at Tackey once he was calmer.”I need you to help me returning this..." he took out the small crystal object from his pocket and showed it to Tackey. The latter's brows were drawn together once he confirmed what that object was.

"You -- this --" Tackey shook his head a few times before staring back to Subaru. "I can quite picture the real case. May I know where the owner lives at now?"

"Tokyo, Japan."

"Hmm..." Tackey took the crystal and studied it once it was on his palm. "I can, but it will take time. I couldn't do it at once as it will bring a big pain to the owner, besides we should minimalist the side effect as much as possible."

Subaru sighed in relief, though Tackey's next explanation brought another worry to him. But as long as he could put an end to this matter, he would do anything. "How long will you need to finish this?"

"2 months approximately."

"Alright. Thank you, Tackey."

"My pleasure."

A slim tall man walked along the small alley without any hesitation. His steps were full of certainty as he was not distracted by his surrounding at all, not even once.

He kept on walking, despite how dirty the path was, leaving a taint on his expensive branded shoes. Not even once had his concentration been distracted, not even when there were cries of pain from the mice which accidentally made contact with his leader shoes.

The travel was stopped once he reached the front of a small black dirty door. Without even the slightest hesitation, he turned the knob and opened it slowly. Once inside, he walked further and secured a seat in front of a small stable, behind where another guy was seated. Not wanting to waste even a minute, he took a picture and a folded piece of paper from his pocket, presenting it to the table. The other man took a short glance at it and smirked.

"What would you like me to do?"

"Find him." the guest replied before he lit his cigarette and puffed it. "I want it fast, as soon as possible. Money isn't a problem. Is this amount ok?" he touched the calculator and showed it to the host. A small smirk was tugged on the latter's lips immediately.

"More than enough. Would you like anything else?"

"No. That's all. I expect to hear from you soon." this time the same smirk slowly grew on the tall man's face.

"That is an of course. It's my pleasure working for you, Matsumoto - sama."

And so the stage had been set, tracking the rich young man down was the goal.

It had just been a day since they last met the doctor and Jin was back to business as usual. His packed schedule didn't seem to pity him at all and he was worn out. By the time the female manager announced that he was able to return back home, Jin did not waste any time and went back immediately.

Unfortunately, what welcomed him was not a nice view.

The same slim body was lying on the floor, unconscious. Being the panicky guy, he immediately approached the faint body, trying to seek any sign of life.

Why the hell should it happen again?
