Garsp!
Last night we went to bed at the usual time, and I totally failed to doze off. So got up, got the small fan - cos it was WARM - and played on the computer for a little while with the fan blowing in my right ear!
This morning is much the same. I've had to set up the fan again. My right ear is kinda chilly, but it's better than being Too HOT all over. The weather forecast did predict a rise in temperature over the week. It's a Bank Holiday this weekend, so we'll see whether it's warm/wet/sunny or what. If it is it'll be the first sunny Bank Holiday so far this year, and there have been four at least, the two earliest - Good Friday and Easter Monday - attended by Arctic chill and snows. The Bank Holidays in May, one at the beginning, one at the end, weren't much better. So here's hoping.
Then I have missed the Delivery Man not once, yesterday afternoon, but twice! Today the letterbox went, but by the time I'd realised and gone to see, he'd gone. Sorry H. Redelivery will have to be arranged, & I'll have to sit on the doormat!
Right, my mobile has been 'bleeping' since last night, so it's about time I put it on to charge. Y'all have a good day now!
Edit: It wasn't the Delivery Man I missed, it was the Window Cleaner, who called that evening to be paid.
