*whistles*

Hello again. We saw Annie today, it was great! It wasn't as good as the Kristin Chenoweth-Audra McDonald-Victor Garber movie version though, but seriously...what can measure up to that? The orphan girls were extremely talented, and I liked to watch the perfectly trained dog. (Which motivates me a little to start training my dog, Maddie.) Now my sisters (age 6 and almost 8) are on an 'Annie' high and are pretending to be "Mrs. Hugh" and "Mrs. Greer" the servers. They keep walking around asking whether or not they can "do anything for you?"
Haha, I could get used to this...*wink*

We sat in the nosebleed section, which is the only section we can possibly afford, and it was sooooo hot up there! A nice lady who worked at the theater took pity on us and told us we could move down! Yay! With our "opera glasses" the seats were great!

My mom and I are going to inquire about volunteering there, so we can get into all the shows for free.

Another thing that is seriously cracking me up is hearing my parents argue about who gets to take us to "Wicked" in September. My sister Emma and I are definitely going, but it's so expensive, we don't usually take the whole family. My dad is most educated on Wicked, when we're listening to the soundtrack he asks all types of questions. "Who is the scarecrow, now?","Why does everyone hate Elphaba?","So, is the green elixir what made her green?","Is this when she flies?"(during the crescendo on 'Defying Gravity'), etc. So I really want him to come and finally see it, but my mom is pitching a fit! It's so funny because she never acts like she cares in the least! Haha, can't wait to see what happens come September.

Let's see what else has been going on...
I'm kind of mad that my voice isn't back yet. I can talk alright now, but I still can't sing a note! And today during the show I had to hold back a coughing fit. I'm sure everyone around me thought I was sobbing about the potential fact of finding Annie's parents!

Tomorrow is my turn to spend the weekend with Nana! Yay! It's always nice to have a change every five weeks or so. :) She's a football kind of grandma (groan) but, she does enjoy classics, so I'm bringing "High Society" for her to watch with me (I've never seen it!) and "Candide" to torture her with (she always says she hates opera...too bad! Hah!) I've never seen that either.

Well, I better go now!
