I've spent the greater part of the day organizing my 2008 binder. It contains all of the things I want to accomplish this year and how I plan to accomplish them. Since I graduate this year, one of the most important things is to get my schoolwork finished on time. I wrote out a schedule and now I feel much more at ease about getting everything done. (I'm homeschooled, so I get to schedule my own schoolwork.)
I've also been working on learning to type correctly, not really as part of school, though my mom is fond of the idea -- she herself used to type 90 words per minute, but more on a whim. I'm up to 40 wpm now. =)
I also plan on getting my driver's license and teaching piano lessons in the late-summer and fall. I have a lot of reading to do, so I have to balance that out as well.
Now that I feel more ready for the new year, I can talk about other things! My mom, sister and I are going to see the tour production of "Annie" tomorrow! I'm quite excited about that! I've also rented "Candide" (the Kristin Chenoweth version) from Netflix and it should arrive on Friday. If it does, I'm taking it to my Nana's house to watch over the weekend. I've always wanted to see that!
Oh, my dinner is ready and I'm being called! I'll update again tomorrow, with a lot of information about the show!
