Got my visa! Yay!
I got my UK visa!
I was so excited to to get it that I ripped it open right then and there at the post office counter.
But when I opened it up, I was a bit disappointed to see that it's only good for six months. I was so intent on getting the visa itself, that I never checked how long my EEA National Family Permit would be valid.
Looks like it takes five years of these until you can get anything more permanent than six months.. unless somebody knows anything different? *hopes*
I'm still really excited about it though. My dog and I will finally be joining my husband (who has been there for months) come December 7th :)
Anyways, just a heads up for any of you applying for the same.
