We will soon be leaving for the bar to go watch the game.  Midtown is having a SuperBowl party that includes a potluck.  I should be fun, but for the fact that I fear Pats fans will be outnumbered by Giants fans. THE PATRIOTS ARE GOING TO THE SUPERBOWL!!!

Well, yesterday was interesting, but mostly happy. I'm thrilled for the Packers and for Green Bay, in general. In fact, I found it rather interesting and heartening that both teams came from rather "old school" cities who have suffered great economic losses in the past few decades and for whom football is everything.
