Since today is my rest day (thus no workout and an hour of free time!), I was going to make muffins this morning. Only to discover that I'm missing one of the ingredients. BUGGER. Last weekend when I was searching for new asparagus (vs. the old, thick stuff) for the Guild event I discovered that Shaw’s in Nashua carries Campbell’s Chicken Gumbo soup. WHOOT! I snagged two cans because it’s one of the ingredients in my mother’s Sloppy Joe recipe, and it’s been hard to find on the shelves lately.

Saturday the weather was beautiful. I really enjoyed my drive out to Historic Deerfield in the brilliant sun with good tunes on the radio.
