*The Things I Do For Profeta...

I just trudged through a downpour with two of my co-workers for coffee. If my sixteen year old self saw me, she'd probably slap me. Hell, myself from a year ago would ask how any coffee could be worth that... tea, maybe, but never coffee.
Never say never, kiddies.
Profeta espresso is made, I'm quite certain, with the best organic, fair trade beans in the most meticulous manner in the best espresso makers... with crack and magic. I literally snub my nose at other espresso drinks now because when I drink Profeta's espresso there is no bitterness, no wonky aftertaste, very low acidity. It's just the taste of great coffee and whatever else I throw in... right now my drink of choice is a soy caramel latte with cinnamon dusted over the top.
Crack and magic.

I'd push a child out a hundred-foot-high window for this coffee.
