So I just spent a couple of hours wandering around Youtube watching con videos. I think I'm getting pretty damn good at filtering out screaming to understand highly caffeinated J/J/Misha. Oh god. NOT looking forward to the shrieking fangirls at Van Con. Maybe I'll buy earplugs and ask the person next to me to poke me when the noise stops and the guests start speaking lol

Ummm...from my research I can tell you that the screaming does not necessarily stop when the guests start talking. Therefore, I recommend practice or learning how to read lips.

I know that but before and after always seem worse so to block those out would already be a huge improvement :P

I have wasted an epic amount of hours lately on watching J/J/M interviews and convention videos on youtube. It seriously is endangering my academic career.

I applaud your bravery for going to VanCon. There's one coming near NY this Summer, and though most guests haven't been announced yet, even if all the boys make it I don't think I have the balls. All those crazy fans in the con vids - not that I don't get their love and adoration, but I dunno if I could handle a weekend of it. Still, VanCon attendance = awesome.

I AM SUPER-BRAVE. No seriously, I'm nervous too. I was shaking as I bought tickets but I can't back out now!
