So... The Sound Relief benefit concert was on Saturday. Alana and I had a great time except we had two major storms during the day and it rained 80% of the time. The evening storm was the worst. So they're calling it Black Saturday now. :( As of right now, they're saying 84 are confirmed dead and 750 homes burned down.

One of the saddest things to come out of the fires is that famous Australian news broadcaster Bryan Naylor and his wife have been confirmed as dead aswell. :(

I left at 4:30pm yesterday to come to Tassie for Mom's 60th birthday and the airport was covered in smoke from all the fires. I just got up now after not going to bed until 4:15am to switch on the TV saying that Victoria is completely on fire! 26 people confirmed dead so far, towns abolished by the fires and it's still going.
