My State Is On Fire!
I left at 4:30pm yesterday to come to Tassie for Mom's 60th birthday and the airport was covered in smoke from all the fires. I just got up now after not going to bed until 4:15am to switch on the TV saying that Victoria is completely on fire! 26 people confirmed dead so far, towns abolished by the fires and it's still going. I left Mishie at home so I hope she's okay. The weather was pretty horrendous when I left yesterday so I hope it's a little more calmer now.
