Got to take the bandages off and have a shower yesterday. Looks like the doctor managed to do the cut around the edge of the areola like he'd been talking about, instead of making a more-visible scar back closer to the actual lump. My boob looks kinda weird as a result, but I'm hoping that's mostly just because the tape and scabs are holding it in funny shapes.

I have numb spots on my tit now. Not sure what to think about that. Obviously, it's a risk of surgery and so on, but I didn't really think about that bit. Permanent novocaine-effect in the boob region... weird.
