The weather has been unusual this summer. Mostly coolish fall weather and lots of rain! Though as soon as the calender turned from August to September, we got a heat wave! We hd a few over the summer but they were of very short duration. We are currently building Noah's Ark. :)

January sure has its ups and downs. All the holiday decorations are put away and the tree is in storage, and things are kind of blah, though we did get a snowstorm last night, though only about 3-5 inches. No biggie, but it looks like January now.

Well, looks like my plan of working on old fic still in my notebooks is nudging my Muses a bit. I've been able to finally get some older stuff ready for posting, and it's inspired doing a little new fic. I've been pretty excited the past week or so as I'm on the final edit of my professional manuscript. Whoo hoo! I was doing a final edit to catch typos and grammar mistakes and to add more details in, since this novel takes place in the past.
