Crowns in Katamari and The Real World

I beat Katamari Damacy. Its one of those games that's really easy to play, but kinda difficult to master. SSX On Tour hit the console market this week. Buying it is inevitable - I'm just not sure when. Perhaps when Winter comes around?

"Can I make a request from DJ Brady?"
Michelle has enjoyed some Electronic Music Mixes of mine and really liked the few rave-like techno-pop tracks I put on my last mix. I hadn't made one since the Spring - Partly because I was busy, but also because I thought it would be hard to top my own efforts. Sunday night, I got into mixing mode. I went through playlists of many previous mixes, found tracks similar to those Michelle loved, shuffled them around, tweaked others, and polished off a beat matched mix CD that I am really happy with and seems to be up to par with my others. Any song deviations from "rave-like" are made up by the transitions. The jury is still out though, as Michelle hasn't listened through the whole CD yet.

I took my car into the shop today for a 90,000 mile tune up in addition to replacing the windshield. I figure that its something I should do before thinking about doing some travelling in the coming months. I also got my first rental car for free: The Mercury Marquis. It seems to be a very smooth ride and relatively big for a sedan. Its so roomy and cushy that I felt like a midget before fully adjusting the power seats.

My pictures of San Diego/Washington from this summer are scattered, so I'll have to post them neatly in an LJ entry sometime.
