An academy founded for learners of magic and supernatural ability, including those developed by the Core. All students are welcome, for either one-on-one tutoring or lessons taught through six periods each semester.
How do you join?
The headmaster, Caster, can read one's potential for magic, as well as their current level of supernatural strength. She invites each student or member of the staff personally. More often than not, the former will receive a letter that reads, in elegant cursive:
Dear [ Name ],
You have proven eligible for enrollment in Solstice Academy. If you have received this letter, then you have the potential to develop your abilities, be they magic or supernatural. We welcome you to attend classes at the location attached. If you will speak to Mr. Rain Jewlitt, he will point you in the right direction. If you do not have time for classes at the given schedule, one-on-one tutoring can be arranged by contacting NV# 51812940. If you have any other questions, you can contact that number or knock on my door at the Tower Apartments, room 705 on the seventh floor.

The Headmaster, Caster
The Location
Classes are held behind the Cat's Eye Artisan Foods & Bistro in Sector Five in the adjacent building. However, the primary entrance is through the Cat's Eye itself. There is a door in the back, which leads to a narrow hallway that eventually ends at another corridor that is lined with doorways. The first one opens to a classroom, which is a spacious room with plush, red velvet carpeting fringed with golden tassels and pristine, oaken desks. Several windows line the walls, with matching curtains that can be drawn for privacy.
The second door leads to the health room, complete with a fully-stocked medicine cabinet.
The third and fourth door leads to extra rooms that resemble the classroom but without any of the desks.
The fifth and sixth door leads to the men's and women's lavatories, respectively.
At the very end, there is a short staircase that leads to the second floor.
On the second floor, there is a single corridor with doorways lining the sides, each of which lead to an office. The headmaster's office is at the very end of the hallway.

Security
After the staff and students evacuate the building, Caster leaves magical traps in the entrance to the rooms and on the floor beneath each window. When coming in contact with it, the person will become immobilized until disenchanted.
The headmaster, Caster, often takes the time to monitor the school, and she will be quick to notice additional presences, magical/supernatural disturbances, or when her traps are triggered or dispelled.
Other information
♥ Any act of aggression or malicious act will result in disciplinary action decided by the respective teacher and reported to the headmaster. The headmaster will determine severe cases.
♥ Skilled in perceiving the use of supernatural/magical abilities, the headmaster, Caster, will often show up shortly after the initiation of battle/mischief making. (However, she may or may not intervene for the purpose of observation, so if someone wants to start some trouble, just poke me!)
♥ The school assures its students the privilege of secrecy, for those uncomfortable with public disclosure, but there are no severe repercussions in the event that it does come to light.
