Medical update
Just had the 1 week checkup and got the stitches removed. All week, my eyes have been puffy and sore, with the blurry vision from the Lidocane lessening over time. Several days ago, my eyes started getting dark rings, and now I have a full set of black eyes.
The Dr. was puzzled as he examined the cut and removed the stitches, saying there was not supposed to be a bruise there (I noticed it while changing bandages, but did not know that was bad) Apparently that is where the black eyes came from via seeping under the skin. He told me it will be a full week before they go away and not to worry, and in the same breath hinting to call him if anything bad occurs. Most reassuring... :/
