In case anyone has ever wondered, homocidal owls do not get any nicer if you try the tactic of talking to them nicely, rather than calling them bloody featherbrained clods and throwing things at them.

I barely have the market cornered on homocidal creatures these days, but it was a statement I felt like making stand.

Fine. The dementa pralox and malaria went away mid morning and the blood loss from the owl bites was fleeting. I'm just beginning to consider myself a parody of myself.

Draco's majestic male eagle owl once fancied my grandmother's spectacled owl, who was also a male!!!!

My father's barn owl, Tyto, once stole away one of those pigeon scaring owl statues from the top of a post office. But he's always been rather stupid.

Tyto's not that homocidal, he's just dumb as the proverbial post. He's actually rather kind, for his stealing ways.

It's Strix that's homocidal.
