Changes Can Happen Quickly
She texts me that she got a phone call asking for her to call back. She wonders if this means she's about to get an offer. She calls and the next text I receive is "I got the job!!!"
I'm looking at my phone in disbelief but believing. She'd had a dream the night before that they'd made an offer - but it was a mistake.
It's no mistake!
So now the housing hunt is on. Lots of outgo suddenly for deposits and such. And the empty nest is about to happen. Wow!
Her husband has switched locations in which to seek transfer and hoping this does not take too long...
