I have a job interview at Barnes & Noble Friday; Though, the only position they're hiring for at the moment is cafe barista.

I was wondering if any of you who possibly work at Barnes&Noble
could give me some pointers or tips about interviewing there. What do interveiwers look for? Are there any specific things I should know?
Also, how is it working at Barnes & Noble?
