In which I don't talk about LOST

I have the day off today and plan to do nothing. Work has been really good lately. There is a lot going on as far as planning all the moves. I just can't wait until we actually get to do them. We started, but now we are in a bit of a holding pattern.

I have some big news as far as my sister. She's going to have a little girl!! We've known since around Christmas that she was pregnant, but it was only the immediate family. She had that miscarriage last year, so we were all really cautious about this one. Anyway, she went to the doctor this week and found out for sure that it's a girl! We're so excited! Can you tell?!! I can't say anything on Facebook because there is too much family on there and Mandy wants to tell certain ones personally. But it's just friends here on LJ, so I thought I'd blurt it out here. Yay!!

In more trivial matters, Survivor was both good and bad last night. I was so happy that the Heroes came to their senses and didn't vote out Colby. James has been getting on my last nerve and I was infuriated when they kept him instead of Tom. And I thought for sure that Colby was done for, as did he. But they kept him!! Yay! As for the Villains, Tyson is such a stupid moron! Why didn't he listen to Rob and stick with the plan? Rob is an absolute genius when it comes to this game. Why would you second guess him like that? If he had stuck with the plan, Russell would be gone. Now, Parvati and Russell are both still there. More to the point, Russell feels like he put one over on Rob and I hate that! Rob has got to get him out now or else he'll just keep hanging around. At the very least, the hidden idol was played. Let's just hope that they don't hide it again.

American Idol seems to be moving along as it should. So far, the right people have gone home. I mean, I liked Lacey last week and wish she could have stayed longer that Tim Urban or Katie Stephens, but really, she had no chance of winning. Right now, this competition belongs to Crystal or Siobhan.

Oh, and 24!! The completely blindsided me the other night! The useless chick at CTU, Dana, is the mole at CTU! I didn't even know there was a mole at CTU! But of course there is because it wouldn't be CTU if there wasn't a huge security breach. Who the hell does the background checks for them because they really need to be fired! Anyway, yeah, I was like, "What?!!" I actually had to rewind I was so shocked. Also, so glad that Renee is back in form. She totally saved Jack's ass, or actually, his head. I cheered when that happened. And Chloe was totally kickass. Hastings has finally learned just to listen to her and do what she says. Now if only they'd just listen to Jack.

That is all for now.
