Yes, Kyu can't believe it either - no Super Junior and no Infinite on MuBa? o.O Well, like this at least I wasn't kept from working for uni too much, but still. I scrolled down and down the vids on omona and then my face went like D: But, well, more rest for the poor guys. Or maybe I just failed at reading a notice that promotion has ended. With me, that's definitely possible, especially when I'm in the midst of working towards a deadline.
Well, I'll probably check out MBLAQ's "Y" and C.N. Blue's "Love" performance because I like both songs, but today, I worked with a computer that doesn't have any speakers plugged in, so I was kept from distracting myself, thankfully. xD
But what I watched before I switched computers was this week's Mnet Countdown but the vids had a rather low quality, sadly. Still, that didn't account for the bad quality the mics apparently had during Infinite's performance. Their voices came out kind of muffled, even though their singing is improving with every perf. :D The guys are really growing on me, I even took the time to rewatch an older perf with better quality a couple of times to look at their individual dancing (I think it's still too early to judge their singing, especially with the unequal line distribution... have to check out other songs some time) and like what I see so far.
But it's a bit sad that they don't try to promote each member equally. If I were Sungyeol or Sungjong, I know I'd be a bit annoyed at the fact that the cameramen like to do shots were they are half-hidden by other members, but then again, the choreography doesn't really help with that issue. I know it's important that they build a fanbase first so they push the members to the front where they feel that people will like them, but seriously, wouldn't equal screen time have a better effect, also of letting the fans get the feeling that they're getting to know all of the boys a bit?
The dancing can't be it. All of them dance well, some more so than others, but really, if you push Sungyeol and Sungjong to the back all the time and it's because of their dancing, you could push L and Sunggyu right with them a bit. The way I see it, Dongwoo, Woohyun, and Hoya are the group's best dancers, at least so far. Still too early to say something definite.
Also, stylist noona - could we get the suit-inspired outfits back, please? =3
C.N. Blue's perf was solid as always and you could really hear it was live, the singing at least. :D Personally, I'm always in awe how Yonghwa manages to pull the perfs off so well despite the really not-so-easy melody movements and rapid switches from singing to rapping and all the voice slides and stuff. He's really great! Jonghyun is still a bit unsteady with his voice during perfs and tends to be a bit too low all the time, but the adorable smile made up for it. ^^ I love how Jungshin is breaking out of that untouchable image and gets all smiley during perfs, and Minhyuk must be the most happy-go-lucky drummer I've ever seen, even more so than F.T. Island's Minhwan and that just makes me smile goofily whenever the camera captures him and all his drumstick spinnings. <3
... well, as much as I love talking about the other great groups, I kinda do want SuJu back. xD
