I just recently heard about the "mosquitone," or generally that there are frequencies of sound that only young people can hear. (It was on Quiz Show!)
This website has some examples to try, you know, to see if you are still young. :D
I can hear them clearly until 16 KHz and only barely on 17 and 18. I don't see how this would be an asset in any way, but it's lonely to think that I will lose this soon.
