That said, whoever works their customer service is either a terrible proofreader or just plain semi-literate. "Withdrawal" is not a verb. "Termed" does not mean "terminated." "To be directly to you" is missing a very important verb, probably "sent" or "delivered," but there's nothing explicitly forbidding "stapled."
In conclusion, I rock the house and wish it would be later on the west coast so that Newegg would talk to me and tell me what's up with my order. I want to build my beast-machine and play WoW for three days without eating or sleeping, please.
