...to going back to my old habits. And BEYOND -.-
I've recently purchased a leaf print composition notebook.
I've decided to make it my journal to keep me going throughout the day. Distracted and all.
What I do is take clippings from magazines, newspapers, etc. and form them together to describe how I'm
feeling that day. Today's was rather disturbing. My own determination possessed me to write my goal weight all over the empty blank spaces.
(Repetition supposedly makes stuff happen). It has some pretty good thinspo and some good motivational pictures/phrases too..
one day I'll pst a picture of it somewhere..
But yeah...the problem is, I can't do just one. I feel like there's more to express than what's on the page; that I need to write more.
Oh well.
STARTING TOMORROW:
Liquid fast. Again.
I WILL NOT FAIL.
I WILL GO UNTIL NEXT TUESDAY.
EVEN IF I BURN IN HELL.
This journal will help me.
This thinspo inspired journal will help me.
I'm not alone.
And neither are any of you.
