 well i am finally seeming to be on track. theres nothing in the house to possible binge on, plus I just spent a fortune on carb-free healthy low-cal foods for the week . It took me nearly 1.5 hours haha since the dumb store didnt have my low fat almond tofu but i got vanilla soy milkboxes, lots of frozen veggies, tuna and chicken, tons of 1.5 L sparkling water and mineral waters (the really tall, big ones) and healthy things to snack on for breakfast like Jello and Nature Valley fibre honey-and-almond granola bars which were the healthiest out of the naturave valley ones most of them have 13-14 g of sugar, 130-150 calories each and 3 g of fat (0.5 saturated) but the ones i got have 80 cal, 8 g of sugar and 1.5g of fat. i got some other stuff like veg. soups and SuperNibs licorice. I promised myself I wouldnt eat anything but veggies and jello today so im keeping that promise plus im not really hungry ANYWAY. I may bring a granola bar to school , but I am bringing a 1.5 L of mineral water. I'll make chicken for tomorrow and plan what I eat the day before. I havent eaten chicken in a while and I miss it its soooo yummy!
I am goin to eat tomorrow: 2 skinless chicken , frozen veggies, 1 granola bar, some Nibs and at least one whole 1.5 L of water. =) I am guessing the total cal count for all that doesnt exceed 500. I am still very fat ...I still have tons and tons of weight to lose but this is a start. Careful and precise planning, right? I wonder if the sugar in the carbonated flavored water is fattening? If so, I'll pour out half and fill the rest up with plain water and add lemon. Smart choices!!!
I hope I have the strength to make it thru this week. I know I can. I'm fighting the war on my fat! Time for studying and green tea!!!
