i am still nowhere to being skinny but today i did good. i stuck to everything i said i would (except for one small piece of baked chicken)
i had jello and Nibs and an orange. Carbonated flavored water, teas.And Im full. OH and one nature valley bar for dinner.
I am extremely conflicted with the issue about unfermented soy which is linked to all sorts of negative things to our bodies while I consume a LOT of soy milk and soy products as an alternative to red meat. Its terrible that the processed soy bean curd is so "bad"f or us, while fermented soy (used widely iN Asia for centuries) is really good for us like tempeh and miso. But I dont know what I'll do without tofu!!! Honestly.
I guess I'll have to start stocking up on miso and tempeh, whatever the f*** those are =(
Im glad I got thru a day w/o binging and I am waking up early to bake my little chicken and veggies, and plan a very low-cal, healthy meal plan. Luckily I'll be at school all day so I'll be eating 1 nature valley bar and a 1.5L of mineral water and when I get home a small snack before work, probably it will be a can of tuna and MAYBE some veggies. Thats it! I bought enough food to ration out for a week, so its not like I'll overeat on anything. This is great. Im sipping peppermint tea now, feeling positive about this. I'll just keep gettin skinnier and skinnier and skinnier and skinnier.....Its like a dream come true. I'll make it come true! one day at a time...
