Japan and lazyweb

What are those tiny wormy-shaped things with spots at one end served with Japanese meals? If I had to guess, I'd say it was Nyoro Nyoro (aka Hattivatit).

It's a bad picture, I know, but the stuff on the left here:


Extra points if you can identify the tasty orange stuff in the middle or the nasty, glookie, obscured green noodleie unpleasantness on the right.

Plan for today: Go to Akihabara and maybe Ginza. Say at least 2 more things in Japanese correctly and in context (today I said "Ohio" when I went for breakfast). I'll accept "hai" and "gomen nasai", though I doubt I can pull even those off.

I only mention my plan because, if I tell people I'm going to do it, maybe I will.
