Omg I managed to stay up in crow pose for at least a full 10 seconds today! And I didn't feel like my body was screaming from the strain the whole time either!
\o/
But I did forearm side-planks for the first time and all I could think was, "FUCK THIS SHIT OH GOD HALP" the whole time >_>;;; Of course, almost every forearm-related pose I've ever done in yoga has been nothing short of excruciatingly difficult so I guess I shouldn't be surprised either.
My back was killing me in savasana too. On hindsight I wasn't "working" hard enough in my shoulder stand so I probably put way more pressure on my lower spine than I should've. Hmm.
ALSO IT IS STILL SNOWING. I WISH IT WOULD STOP. Although at least this is just the powdery stuff and not the wet/heavy shit that basically ruins everything-okay no, the wet/heavy stuff is pretty good for snowmen and other winter recreation, BUT OTHERWISE. ಠ_ಠ
In other news, where the hell are my last test scores from the PSR. I feel like everybody else has all their scores except for me. ;__;
