I guess i've been ranting pretty hard here lately, sorry to those who didn't want to hear it, or whatever.
i won't be doing that anymore i don't think, thanks to a friend i understand somethings a little better. it doesn't stop it from hurting like hell but i can maybe handle it a bit better.
