Today I did great.... until 4pm came and I was starving :( I got back from the gym and started with a handful of almonds and a banana... then it went all down hill :/ I hate myself...

I havent lost any weight yet after 4 hard days at the gym. I am just staying at my same weight. :(

I feel like a huge whale.

Need to get ALL of this food out of my house.

HELP :(
