real quick, this internet cafe shuts down in 6 min...
went to the academia yesterday- best art in venice but we missed leonardos famous overlapping man drawing (homo something, cant recall) in favor or alterpiece after alterpiece. damn scholars. my two main professors dont get along too well and the woman was being a real subversive bitch. shes on my list too.
looked at rotting wooden sarchophagus from mid 1600s and similarly aged frescos today. not too excited by restoration work, so im learning. plus, i think a little research will save a lot of time and cut down on surprises. i think the restorers today as a retarded santas workshop. in italian.
went back to san marco today to compare present architecture with late 15th century painting by g. bellini. not a bad day once im by myself.
8 months with pm yesterday, we really really miss each other, clearly.
