6 porkchops; 1 inch 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1/4 cup orange juice 1 cup wasabi ginger grilling sauce 1 garlic clove, minced
- Combine orange juice, grilling sauce and garlic in a small bowl.
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops; 5 minutes per side.
- Return all chops to pan. Pour sauce over chops in skillet. Cover and reduce heat to simmer, 20 minutes.
- Remove chops to serving platter. Increase heat to high, reduce liquid in pan to 3/4 cups. Drizzle sauce over pork.
