keep holding on. i know you might not feel like it, but you've come so far and become so much stronger towards this. i know it's hard to know which way to go and even harder because you're the only person around and everyone's telling you you should concentrate on something else (like study), so you have that stress too. but you're doing really well, you really are. i'm so proud of you for being so strong and dealing with this. you should be really proud.
hold on to the idea that its not healthy - even if you pretend that it's someone else outside saying that repeatedly, and not you having to make that decision and stick to it. use whatever works for you to explain to yourself why it's okay to eat or even why you're going to eat even if your whole body seems to be screaming at you not to. you need the willpower to hang on to the logic in your mind, what you know is right and healthy and necessary, and you do have the willpower to hang on to that, i know you do. it's never easy and it's not going to get easier for a while, but hang in there right now. i know it sounds selfish to say 'hang on for now and after our exams we'll all help you', but right now that is something we all have to focus on. including you, so give yourself a break from your own mind and bury youself in athens or some subject....sometimes complete distraction can work, or it can at least give you a break for a while. and then you can feel virtuous cause you've studied too :P.
and any time you need someone to reassure you that you are beautiful - call julian, or me, or kate, or any of us. we know and believe in how beautiful you are, and hopefully if we tell you enough you might be able to believe yourself more when you tell yourself that ;).
