This piece is called "All Things Fall" by Matt Collinshaw.  It was a 3d printed zoetrope inspired by the Ruben's "Massacre of the Innocent."

The artwork was designed by Matt Collinshaw but the zoetrope and filming is by Sebastian Burdon.

A commenter on this artwork suggesting an alternative title, "What happens when Dad's drunk and the Eagles

I don't understand what message this statue is trying to make?  It is a statue of a naked past middle-aged Bill Cosby with a miniaturized, crying Fat Albert as a fig leaf.
