Lendable Nook ebooks---if you are interested!

I’m cleaning up my nook, deleting samples I probably won’t buy for some time---or ever. There’s two books that I was wondering if anyone wanted to borrow. I’m not too sure how to go about lending them to people, but if someone knows how and are interested, just explain it and I’m sure I’ll figure it out! I’m pretty positive you have to have a nook… but maybe not?

The first one is St. Nacho’s. Summary goes: Cooper has spent the last three years running from a painful past. He's currently moving from town to town, working in restaurant kitchens, and playing his violin for tips. As soon as he starts to feel comfortable anywhere--with anyone--he moves on. He's aware that music may be the only human language he still knows. Ironically, the one man he's wanted to communicate with in all that time is deaf.

Shawn is part of a deaf theater group at the nearby college. Shawn wants Cooper as soon as they meet and he begins a determined flirtation. Cooper is comfortable with down and dirty sex, just not people. As far as Shawn is concerned, dirty sex is win-win, but he wants Cooper to let him into the rest of his life as well.

Cooper needs time to heal and put his past away for good. Shawn needs to help Cooper forgive himself and accept that he can be loved. Both men find out that when it comes to the kind of healing love can bring, the sleepy beachside town of Santo Ignacio, "St. Nacho's" as the locals call it, may just be the very best place to start.

I haven’t finished it to be honest and I’m unsure if I ever will. It’s not that it’s bad, I’m just having trouble getting into it and usually if that’s the case I never can. It’s written well, though, from what I’ve read. Just not my thing.

If anyone’s interested I can lend it out to you. I’m unsure if I’ll delete it, but I was thinking of doing so one day if I can’t bring myself to pick it up and read it. I’ll wait of course to see if anyone else is interested in reading it and let you do so.

The next is Crossing Borders (the first book I bought). Summary goes: Tristan's got issues; he knows he does. So when his most recent girlfriend dumps him via messenger, and he can't stop staring at the messenger's cock while he's breaking the news, Tristan figures it's about time he makes some changes. He formulates a foolproof plan to get himself someone who can show him what he's been missing -- until who should crash his little adventure but Officer Michael Truax, the man who gave him a really expensive ticket for boarding without a helmet back when he was in high school.

Michael has been trying to catch Tristan for years...to give him a second ticket. Suddenly he's faced with his 'Sparky', all grown up -- and looking to get laid. The habit of protecting him isn't gone completely, but the opportunity is too much to resist. He figures the kid must know what he's getting into, so he takes him home. There, they carry on a cautious dance, only to find out that neither is what the other expected, and that together, they're hot enough to melt glass.

I’m having a lot of trouble getting through this book. It’s not written bad, like the first one, just not something that’s hooking me. It does have some errors in it that I know are just the ebook format--- ?? Marks in odd places throughout it. But otherwise it’s fine. Again, I’m thinking of deleting it---more so than the other. So if you are interested I’d say so soon because that one will be the first to go.

I just thought I’d ask around before I decide to delete anything just so other’s can read it first if they haven’t yet, or would like a reread if they don’t already own it.

Leave a comment if you’d like to read both or either. Or just PM me. Remember, I’m pretty sure you have to have a nook for me to lend it out to you. If you don’t then chances are I can’t (unless someone knows you can?); I also don’t know how so if someone would be able to explain that would great as well ^^

Edit: after reading some FAQ apparently I can only lend each book once, and only once. So it's first come first served (if anyone does that is). To be fair, I'll probably only allow one person one, not both; unless no one is interested in the other at all besides the one. If too many people (which I doubt, but who knows) would like it lent, then I'll have to do a drawing of some sort to be fair. And it seems like you just need the nook app to be able read it (I think).
