This makes me so emotional. I can't believe they actually got Dafoe to play Seppala. I can't believe Disney actually made a film about such an important dog in Siberian Husky history. As much as I loved Balto as a kid, it was complete fiction. Togo was the real hero of the serum run. I'm so happy this film exists!

Sad news... Mishka passed away today from cancer (she was diagnosed back in February). I'm glad she didn't suffer long. I'll miss seeing her videos and hearing her precious voice.

Inevitably, this got me thinking of my Kali today. It's been a year without her now. Still missing her like crazy. *tears up*
