Well, last friday was most certainly an interesting day. Sara was going to go to Brainerd and Aitkin with Tim, but he got sick and she didn't want to drive by herself because she hasn't been feeling too well lately. Well, i agreed to drive and we went to Aitkin first. Picked up some stuff from Monica's, put money in the bank for bills, and headed for Brainerd.
Had lunch at Bonanza, though neither of us ate very much because we weren't feeling well. Then it was off to Holiday for gas, and then Cat Tales. I love that store. It's amazing.
Any who, then we stopped at the Dollar Tree because I was trying to find a spray bottle so I could dilute my leave in conditioner. It just doesn't work so well in creamy form. Works better as a liquid. Couldn't find it there, so we were headed for Walgreens when we decided to stop at a Bridal Shop.
Oh my goodness.
Well, I tried on a dress which was a bit too small, but we were trying to figure out just what size i was going to need. The lady who owns the shop convinced me to try on a corset (it didn't take much, i love em) and she laced me up. Finally got the dress on, though it was a bit too tight for comfortable movement, and Sara started to freak out.
Apparently I've got a wicked set of curves. XD Sara, you're not allowed to jump your roommates bones...ever. I'm sorry, I don't swing that way.
Well, then I talked to the lady for a while. She's calling the company to see if they have the dress in Hunter Green because if they do i'll buy it for Connies wedding. Whoot, progress. I may actually have a dress and I'm the maid of honor. June is fast approaching. And along with the dress i'm buying the corset, thigh highs, and a pair of shoes. o.o Wow, Autumn has been girlified.
Well, after that we went to the pet store and walgreens. I saw the most adorable corn snake at Pet North. *squeaks* I want one so bad.
Any who.
Walgreens, found my spray bottle, and then it was off to the mall for a bit. Went to the pet store there, looked at puppies and a hedgehog. Both beyond adorable. They had a duck on a leash there. o.O Odd...And a chicken randomly running about. Ok then. Oh, and a gorgeous ball python. Lovely.
Then to claires so I could make sure they still had barbells for my ear, and across to Payless so sara could look at shoes because she found a killer dress as well and we're both going to buy dresses because next halloween is going to awesome. Details about that at a later date.
Finally we went to Walmart. Well, every time we go to Walmart, Sara and I have made it ritual to look for a certain cashier. His name is Jesse. Very funny fellow. we went and picked up the stuff we needed, and he was there. (Which was amusing in its self) While we were checking out I said "Yeah, every time we come in sara and I say 'I wonder if jesse is here' and when we see you I go 'look! its our friend!'" Well, he didn't seem to believe me because he got this really dumb founded look on his face and said "Really?" So I said yeah, and he said "No, really?" I was like...Uh, yeah.
Well, then there was someone behind us in line who knew him that had a baby, and she was asking the baby if that was jesse and what not, and the baby was making funny faces at him. So Jesse said "It's ok, I can flirt with them. I know them." to the baby. I thought it was too funny.
Sara and I have decided we're going to ask him if he wants to hang out some time. We've seen him almost every time we were in Walmart. We go there alot for shits and giggles.
