Stuff
Got home from work and got my clothes in the washers. There was exactly $3.00 on my laundry card--the washers are $1.50 each, the dryers $1.25 each. Took a shower, then put my clothes into the dryers. Had to wait 20 more minutes for the office to open so I could put more money on my card. I get so frustrated with myself that I am so forgetful all of the time. I tell people at work that I have to write everything down because I have always had some kind of short term memory impairment. Of course, then I promptly lose whatever I have written stuff on and can never remember where I left it last. I spend more time searching for stuff because I never remember where things are. And never remembering to run errands or that I need to buy stuff...but I digress.
I didn't want to stop and chit chat, asking if they had a more specific time as to when the water would be shut off. Watched Hawaii 5-0 while my clothes dried. Ok, so last night I had snuck into the break room at work and watched the last 15 minutes of the ep.
Anyhoo, after I retrieved my laundry, I went to the bank for moneys. Then went to the dollar store and bought a couple gallons of drinking water. I noticed they had an expiration date of January 12, but hopefully I won't get a bad food poison reaction. That would suck the day before I have to travel.
Then, I went to a liquor store for, yeah, liquor. And was carded. Really, dude? I expect that at Meijer, but you? Yeah, he stared at my ID. Probably considering telling me I made the age on my fake ID too old. And then probably saw my gray hair. I haven't bothered with dyeing it for several months, now. He finally decided it had to be real and rang up my whiskey. Now it is finally time for bed. Will pack after I have gotten some sleep *points to icon*
