*25. February*

HeeChul screamed. He was in this lab once again. They hurt him. He was shivering. It was cold.

"Gay, hm?" someone suddenly asked with a inquisitive look at HeeChul.

HeeChul wasn't able to look up because someone was holding him down and he was too weak to fight back right now.

"Yeah."

"His life is over quicker than the others, isn't it?" the stranger asked with a chuckle.

"Won't change anything. But it might be difficult to continue if nothing happens soon."

HeeChul was listening carefully. His eyes were shut tightly, so he didn't need to see his surroundings and could concentrate on their voices.

"Why?"

"Hasn't Mr. Lee told you?"

"No. What happened then?" the stranger asked.

"One of the drugs...it was acutely poisonous. They all died," the man which made the tests explained.

"What?"

"Yes, and the school year has still a few months."

"And what are you thinking of doing?" the stranger wanted to know.

A sigh was heard. HeeChul bit his lip to not scream as the pain became more intense.

"Hoping for another scandal. We only have four students left right now. But we need to try the poisonous drug with these, too. This one will die soon anyway. They are all quite weak already."

HeeChul's head hurt. He wanted to cry. The pain wasn't even the worst anymore. But these were still professionals. They seemed to know a lot about the human body and so, they seemed to know quite well when someone was going to die because their body was too weak.

"So the remaining few are all here because of the same reason?" the stranger then asked.

"No. Luckily not. Otherwise, we would only have this one. No, no. They are still left from last graduation," the other one explained and HeeChul's breath hitched. He opened his eyes in shock. This couldn't be.

He tried to look over his shoulder and saw how the one, who made the tests, turned the machinery off. "Bring him back," he ordered another man, the man, who usually took care of HeeChul took him to the lab everyday.

HeeChul stumbled after him, out of the room and back to his own where he was left alone.

His heart was racing. He needed to get away. He quickly wore his school uniform and ran out of the room. Some men were walking along the hallway, so it was impossible to go to SiWon right now.

HeeChul didn't want to go to him anyway. He just ran out of the building. He made sure no one saw him as he headed for the school building.

He rushed through the big hall. Lots of students were there, but they didn't seem to notice him.

HeeChul suddenly stopped. Where should he go? He felt uneasy, going to DongHae, but he was actually his only friend in here. He could go to KangIn, too, but what was he going to do there? He wasn't friends with KangIn. He could betray him and call the principal. But DongHae already had betrayed him once.

HeeChul groaned. Finally, he managed to decide. He needed to stay here for a while. He didn't want to go back. He didn't want to die.

HeeChul continued to run until he eventually reached the room. He hesitated. Maybe, he wasn't alone right now. He couldn't risk, getting caught by anyone else.

HeeChul stopped breathing for a moment to listen. No noise was coming out of that room. Perhaps it was empty.

HeeChul looked around. No student was in sight. He slowly reached out for the door handle and opened the door.

He stuck his head inside and scanned the room.

A smile spread across his face and he sighed in relief as he quickly slipped in and closed the door behind himself.

The other student turned around to look who had come in.

HeeChul looked at him. "Hae...," he whispered and approached him slowly.

Suddenly, he felt the pain and the exhaustion getting to him. His body had been too weak for running and it was a miracle that he was here, but now, he broke down.

"HeeChul," DongHae whispered back and HeeChul opened his eyes. He was on his friend's bed. DongHae had carried him there as it seemed.

"What are you doing here, HeeChul? It's too dangerous," DongHae stated in concern and eyed the newcomer.

HeeChul coughed and sat up. "I can't stay there anymore."

"They'll find you. Chullie, they will find you," DongHae said, shaking his head in disbelief.

"I don't care. Hae. They will kill me. I will die if I stay there. I can't bear the pain anymore!" HeeChul's voice was shaking and tears formed in his eyes.

"Shh, okay, okay," DongHae said soothingly and stroke over HeeChul's back.

HeeChul was trembling violently now and so, DongHae carefully hugged him.

"Hae...?" HeeChul suddenly asked.

"Hm?"

"Y-Your H-Hyukkie...we found him. He's dead," HeeChul informed sadly.

He felt DongHae shiver slightly. He was probably fighting not to cry. "I guessed so already," he mumbled with a hoarse voice. His grip on HeeChul tightened.

"I'm sorry," HeeChul whispered.

"It's okay," DongHae said back, just as quiet.

They stayed like that for some time.

"Hae, let me stay here, please," HeeChul begged.

DongHae sighed. He couldn't let HeeChul go back in his condition. "Fine," he answered.
