I'm really really REALLY excited about Torchwood: Children of Earth starting soon, so i thought wanted a Torchwood wallpaper. I found this really beautiful yet simple looking (that's not to say it is simple) made by the wonderful cowboyhd and just fell in love with it. It's made with one of the better series three promo pictures, and i really like the placement of the image.
