On the package of shrimp: "Keep frozen. Thaw before use." Well, which is it?

Ow. I didn't know banana peppers would have such an effect. I diced one last night. Later on I touched the corner of my eye, and it stung! I mean, it's not like it was a habanero or anything.
My daughter asked me, "didn't you wash your hands?" Obviously not. And later still I touched the other corner of my eye. "WASH YOUR HANDS!!!" my daughter said, exasperated. So I did.
But today that hand still feels like it got burned. I guess I should get some gloves.
The chili was really good, though.

As I recall, a few of you were quite happy to see the end of summer. Well, I hope you're happy now! Grass...I swear I can almost remember what grass looks like...
