Today was pretty good, I guess. I woke up much earlier than I was planning to and at 9AM I went for a walk into town to return some library books. I brought back eight books and came back with ten. I borrowed;

I finished reading Circle of Flight today. The end of the Ellie Chronicles. I liked the ending to this series better than the Tomorrow series ending. It seems more complete, somehow. I just love it when stories tie up nicely and leave you feeling wistfully sad.

I'm slowly getting through the final book. And what I have to say is;

So what useful things did I do today? Apart from half-heartedly looking for a second job I laminated several of my novels so they won't tear or become damaged. I'm quickly running out of room to put all my books away. I already have two shelves that are completely full, and a wooden chest. I finished reading Damnation Alley yesterday night. Truth be told it wasn't a very good story. I'm not saying it was bad or anything, it's just that it could have been much, much more. And the ending made everything seem so incomplete.

I feel great today. Work went well, nice and smoothly, the evening was fine and there were no usual calamities that usually occur on Sunday nights.
