And now my head is all buzzy with Sam/Simon/Rodney. And the significance of Simon being "Simon" and Rodney being "Dr McKay", in Sam's head. Plus two doctors, one of "voodoo" and whether Sam would feel inferior. I did say I needed more crossovers!

Hmm... I'm so horribly tempted to ask for Buffy/Spike, just to see what you'd do... Or DW: Mickey/Jack twirling around the OTP that is Nine/Rose. Or TWW, of course: Josh/Toby (not surprised at all, are you?); lecture theatre, pockets, weather

*G* I think the world would be a better place with more crossovers. Jack (and the Doctor) are great for that, but it's a little harder to work non time-travelling fandoms into the Firefly-verse. Then, Stargate has canonical time-travel, I've done Stargate-WestWing cross, I can get DC politicans into space!

Hmm... prompts... I'd really love some Dresden Files actually, but I don't know what you like in it? Harry-ish love would be great. With fairies, and spells gone awry.

You can't hurt! It's going to be Mal (FF)/Daniel (SG1) and I'm thinking ascended Daniel somehow pops up to meddle in FF verse, but I don't know enough SG1 to know if he could do that. I mean, it's technically the future of our world, right? *pleading face* Failing that, the old standby of wormhole problems dumping the SG1 crew in the FF time through some handwaving of physics :)

*g* After consultation with my mother, both of us think that there's not enough canon on ascension to say definitively that time travel isn't possible for them (we know they don't have absolute knowledge, and that they have rules for themselves, but not a whole lot about exact parameters). Even if it wasn't, of course, he could just have lived through to that point while on the energy plane? Ascended beings seem to last as long as they want! Or you can, as you say, just use the canonical time travel device that is the Stargate malfunctioning... (Though I worry that it might send Daniel to the dead earth-that-was!)

Anyhow, I don't know if that helped, but those are the collected thoughts of the women of my house :)
