Woohoo! So I made it through 3 1/2 hours of tryouts on Sunday. One of the hardest things ever... 15 minutes straight of 80%/100% drills, 5 laps in 1 minute and 20 in 5 minutes, 10 mintues of constant sit-ups/push-ups/mountain climbers/flutter kicks (I couldn't do it all... but niether could lots of other people), knee falls, stopping/cone weaving
