今年农历八月十五，大伯母邀我们到她家享用晚餐。 那天傍晚，天色阴暗，看不到圆圆的月亮。尽管如此，能一家人快快乐乐地聚在一起用餐已是很幸福的一件事了。婆婆 Violet 煮了她最拿手的福建虾面，伯母还到发财妹煮抄档打包了咖喱鱼、招牌豆腐、炸鸡翅 等等。吃完了丰盛的晚餐，我们便一起坐在露天的庭院里聊天喝茶，当然也少不了月饼、水果、糕点，还有小芋头！ 吾家两大千金则开始点亮二伯母买给她们的纸灯笼，最小的俊馨胆小如鼠，一看到蜡烛被点燃就吓得躲得远远的。幸好她也没有吵闹，还玩得很愉悦。

We went to the Tooth Relic Buddha Temple last Friday to pay respect to my late grandmother. Somehow, going to this temple is quite a thrill as unlike the rest where you see the traditional joss sticks and incense, the offerings here is rather unusual.
