We had a great wholesome breakfast at the Old Capital Bike Inn before the driver Khun Krieng, came at 9 am to bring us to Hua Hin.
. Where we had our breakfast.
Fruit platter, orange juice, milk, coffee and different breakfast options, we were really spoiled for choices.
The drive to Hua Hin is slightly over 3 hours. I planned in such a way that we would get to the Maeklong Railway Matket around 10:30 am. We could then catch the train that arrives there at 11 am.
It's the first time for Seong and Ashley at this market.
We went on to the Amphawa floating market.
The next stop was this restaurant in the midst of a paddy field -- Panni Cafe. It was very peaceful there.
We had our lunch there. The fried fish with lemongrass was good.
From there, it was a short drive to the Hua Hin Railway Station.
Built in the reign of King Rama VI, the station is one of Thailand's oldest railway stations. In addition, it is one of the country's most beautiful train stations with unique architecture.
Its most striking feature is the splendid Royal Waiting Room constructed in the Thai architectural style.
