Weight loss

So I'm trying to change up my weight loss strategy, it seems that when I change it every couple of weeks I end up doing better. So I went to "Real Age", something I signed up for a while ago, they had advertised a weight loss plan to lose 10-50lbs with no "weird foods". Uh... I'm not sure what normal people consider "weird", but I'm not really down with arugula and watermelon salad or "Glistening Onion Delight with a Sweet Beet Salad". Seriously, that's not weird? I tend to gravitate toward lean meats and fresh veggies like broccoli and cauliflower, this diet would get all of what I've worked for off track, because I'd be trying like hell to find substitutes for the weird food choices offered. So I'll stick to using SparkPeople.com, it's been working for me so far, I'll just change it up a little and maybe make a change in my exercise program.
