Well I finally got a certified copy of the Death Certiifcation for my grandmother today. It took long enough to get. So I finally have it. If the final option and decision is to finally get this refinanced via a mortgage then it is one of the pieces I need. The other is a copy of the Durable Power Of Attorney I already have. Well its 12:30 AM and I just woke up froma nap. Yes a nap. 2 hours worth. My sleeping schedule has been all over the place for a awhile. So I sleep when I need to sleep I guess. Well Bridge Capital confirmed recieval of the appraisal on the house from Fitgerald appraisers this morning. So I go to take care of the title deed later this morning. Wish me luck.
