Up All Night
Well I got everything out of the back bedroom with the exception of everything in the full closet. Otherwise its all in the garage. Man even though the room has damage from water leaks previously it looks well....a hell of alot better. :)
Tomorrow I think while Jake's gone I am gonna put one or both living room couchs in the garage. The floral pattern ones. I don't like the look and there in good shape so I am gonna sell um some how. Besides I need to clear up the room and no one is using them.
I am thinking yard sale. But I gotta alot of crap to potentially organize to sell. I wanna try just the bulk stuff first. Couches and a few end tables. We'll see.
I am trying to get ahold of Ethan Marcus (Gideon's Lawyer Brother) I have a snag on the refinance and the deed. I need to talk to him about probate. If I van't refinance or something one outcome is this my grandmother doesn't get buried.
